4. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered if work has not substantially started, deliverables have not been completed, or services cannot be reasonably fulfilled.
5. Project-Based Services
Refund eligibility for project work depends on completed milestones, hours invested, resources allocated, and third-party expenses incurred.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact RIIZA CONSULTING LLC before initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or banking claims.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds may require 5–14 business days depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
8. Service Concerns
Clients experiencing concerns regarding services are encouraged to contact us immediately for resolution opportunities.
9. Policy Modifications
